Included in this post is a list of proposed changes to the West Salem Neighborhood Association (WSNA) bylaws as recommended by the executive committee. The list also includes a draft of newly proposed bylaws, and a new table of contents. We ask that you review the list of changes against the draft and table of contents. If you are proposing any edits please submit them to westsalemna@gmail .com. Please site the specific article or section you are editing, along with your recommended verbiage, and argument in favor of the edit. The executive board will consolidate all edits and will present them at the June meeting for a final review and vote.
